幫利茶業(yè)董事長(zhǎng)張朝斌先生對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題深有感觸,盡管根植茶行業(yè)二十五年，但他對(duì)茶葉、茶飲和腳下這片土地的熱愛依舊深邃且激情滿懷。
Mr. Zhang Chaobin, chairman of Benny, has deep feelings about this problem. Although he has been rooted in the tea industry for 25 years, his love for tea, tea drinking and the land under his feet is still deep and passionate.
幾十年來(lái)，他循著茶香用腳步丈量了世界許多地方的茶園，因?yàn)榭催^(guò)、聽過(guò)路過(guò)、遇見過(guò)，所以才更想通過(guò)一己之力為茶行業(yè)的發(fā)展多做些貢獻(xiàn)，為后來(lái)者留下些具有參考價(jià)值的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Over the past few decades, he has followed the fragrance of tea and measured the tea gardens in many areas of the world. Because of what he saw and heard, he wants to make more contributions to the development of the tea industry and leave some valuable experience for later generations.

在探訪不同產(chǎn)茶地區(qū)和國(guó)家后，張朝斌先生意識(shí)到經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展應(yīng)與環(huán)境保護(hù)齊頭并進(jìn)，在總書記“綠水青山就是金山銀山”理念的影響下，決定去探尋茶葉工廠現(xiàn)代化、可持續(xù)性的新可能。
After visiting different tea producing regions and countries, Mr. Zhang Chaobin realized that economic development should go hand in hand with environmental protection. Under the influence of the General Secretary's concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.", he decided to explore new possibilities for the modernization and sustainability of tea factories.
2022年，幫利茶業(yè)成立25周年之際，在福州的后花園——永泰，投資成立福州新之源生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展有限公司，建立一座集茶產(chǎn)業(yè)制造、產(chǎn)品展示、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)茶品和茶道展示、茶葉手工制作與茉莉花窨花過(guò)程體驗(yàn)、茶飲共享互動(dòng)空間、網(wǎng)紅旅游觀光等多位一體的“一站式”現(xiàn)代化茶業(yè)工業(yè)園。
In 2022, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the founding of Benny, Foochow Xinzhiyuan Ecological Agriculture Technology Development Co., Ltd. was invested and established in Yongtai, the back garden of Foochow, to establish a "One-Stop" modern tea industrial park integrating tea industry manufacturing, product display, Chinese traditional tea products and tea ceremony display, tea handmade and jasmine scenting process experience, tea drinking sharing interactive space,Internet celebrity tourism and so on.

園區(qū)位于永泰的母親河大樟溪畔，一期建設(shè)面積 36000㎡，周圍山明水秀，溪流環(huán)繞，與著名風(fēng)景區(qū)天門山僅一路之隔，風(fēng)景優(yōu)美，交通便利。
The park is located on the Bank of Dazhang River, the mother river in Yongtai. Phase I covers a construction area of 36000 square meters. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains ，rivers and streams. It is only one way away from the famous scenic spot Tianmen Mountain. It has beautiful scenery and convenient transportation.

該項(xiàng)目是幫利在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)投資建設(shè)的三個(gè)現(xiàn)代化茶業(yè)工業(yè)園區(qū)項(xiàng)目之一，三個(gè)項(xiàng)目累計(jì)建設(shè)面積12萬(wàn)㎡，另兩處分別位于福建省寧德市壽寧縣（寧德市幫利茶業(yè)有限公司）和廣西壯族自治區(qū)橫州市（廣西中肯茶業(yè)有限公司）。
The project is one of the three modern tea industrial park projects invested and constructed by Benny throughout the country. The three projects have a cumulative construction area of 120，000 square meters,The other two are located in Shouning County, Ningde City, Fujian Province (Ningde Benny Tea Industry Co., Ltd.) and Hengzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Guangxi Zhongken Tea Co., Ltd.).

"ONE STOP"ONLINE RED PARK WITH FUJIAN CHARACTERISTICS
這是一座既具有地方特色又符合基本現(xiàn)代化工廠使用需求的特色建筑，我們?cè)趪L試實(shí)現(xiàn)茶業(yè)工廠現(xiàn)代化的另一種可能。
This is a characteristic building with local characteristics and meeting the needs of basic modern chemical plants. We are trying to realize another possibility of the modernization of tea factories.

——展示中心主入口
整個(gè)建筑將把傳統(tǒng)、自然與現(xiàn)代科技相結(jié)合。汲取福州傳統(tǒng)建筑的精華，巧妙的融合了福州古建筑中標(biāo)志性的馬鞍墻元素，形成連續(xù)起伏的飛檐屋面和風(fēng)火山墻；同時(shí)借鑒永泰莊寨的建筑外形，讓園區(qū)的外曲線優(yōu)美又極具韻律感。
The whole building will combine tradition, nature and modern technology. The essence of Foochow traditional architecture is ingeniously integrated into the landmark saddle wall elements of ancient buildings in Foochow, forming continuous ups and downs of eaves and volcano gables. At the same time, the architectural shape of Yongtai village is used for reference to make the outer curve of the park beautiful and rhythmic.

最后，張朝斌先生還別出心裁的在屋頂建造茶園，在靠大樟溪的一側(cè)設(shè)計(jì)了玻璃茶室，讓觀眾能夠享受 360 度的山景和淙淙溪流的自然景觀，有望成為下一個(gè)網(wǎng)紅地標(biāo)。
Finally, Mr. Zhang Chaobin also creatively built a tea garden on the roof and designed a glass teahouse on the side near Dazhang River, so that the audience can enjoy the 360 degree mountain view and the natural landscape of gurgling streams, which is expected to become the next network red landmark.

從建筑外圍的竹林廊道，到院內(nèi)的花園、體驗(yàn)中心，再到屋頂茶室，整個(gè)園區(qū)將采茶、制茶和品茶融于一體，通過(guò)視覺(jué)、聽覺(jué)、觸覺(jué)、味覺(jué)多方面的感官呈現(xiàn)，給觀眾帶來(lái)沉浸式的多重體驗(yàn)。
From the bamboo corridor outside the building, to the garden and experience center in the hospital, and then to the roof teahouse, the whole park integrates tea picking, tea making and tea tasting, and brings immersive multiple experiences to the audience through the sensory presentation of vision, hearing, touch and taste.

嗅一縷茶香，品一方文化。這里是鋼筋水泥里的“世外桃源，步入其中來(lái)一場(chǎng)放松的穿越之旅。
Smell tea and taste culture. This is a "paradise" in reinforced concrete, stepping into it to have a relaxing journey.
世界茶看中國(guó)，中國(guó)茶看福建。福建的“茶”更是有1000余年的歷史。園區(qū)建成后，幫利將攜手福州新之源生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展有限公司，一起立足福州，讓福建茶走出福建、走向世界，同時(shí)我們會(huì)以福州為科研開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)加工中心，輻射福建全省和全國(guó)的其它產(chǎn)茶區(qū)，起到帶動(dòng)和聯(lián)動(dòng)的效果，未來(lái)可期。
World tea depends on China, and Chinese tea depends on Fujian. Fujian's "tea" has a history of more than 1000 years. After the completion of the park, Benny will join hands with Fuzhou Xinzhiyuan ecological agricultural science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. to base itself on Foochow and make Fujian tea go out of Fujian and into the world. At the same time, we will take Fuzhou as the scientific research, development, production and processing center, radiate other tea producing areas in Fujian Province and the whole country, and play the effect of driving and linkage, which can be expected in the future.
功成不居，我們希望通過(guò)一己之力為茶行業(yè)的發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)，為后來(lái)者留下有參考價(jià)值的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

一方水土養(yǎng)一方人。上世紀(jì)末，幫利公司在福州成立，開始涉足茶飲行業(yè)。25年來(lái)，和茶行業(yè)一起風(fēng)雨兼程，一路經(jīng)歷也見證了中國(guó)茶的崛起。吾心安處是故鄉(xiāng)，扎根在福州幾十年，始終不變的茶心，推動(dòng)著幫利不斷前進(jìn)。我們也希望能和這座源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)的城市一起邁向未來(lái)！
One country's soil and water nourishes another. At the end of last century, Benny was established in Foochow and began to set foot in the tea industry. Over the past 25 years, together with the tea industry, we have witnessed the rise of Chinese tea. My peace of mind is my hometown. I have been rooted in Foochow for decades. The constant tea heart has promoted the continuous progress of Benny. We also hope to move towards the future with this long-standing city!
